Next year, H!P will release a Morning Musume 10th Anniversary Commemoration Single on 1/24/2007. The single will be created from a special unit of the previous Morning Musume members. A rumor is spreading that Kago will be coming back to be a part of that unit for the single, but that was just probably started by a wishful fan on the Tower Records site. The special unit of graduated members will be performing at the 10th Anniversary Winter Concert Tour, and Kago has not been listed on the tour, only Tsuji is.

I too wish that Kago would come back for the single and the concert, but after a year of nothing, I'm not expecting her return. It feels more like she's retired from the entertainment world. She might as well, after how much she's already made.

For the concerts, since last year's winter concert DVDs were not commercially released due to Kago's scandal and only put out as Fan Club DVDs, they seem to be in effect redo-ing the concert names and themes this year. I think this is a good idea, and I'm excited to see Nakazawa on the roster for the new Elder Club concert. I missed her in last winter's Elder Club, and it's always great to see all of the older generations and groups performing together. I'm less excited about the new Wonderful Hearts concerts, because it just isn't the same without Kago and Tsuji together as a unit to me.
